Karla and Gavin’s After Party

While the Upper Peninsula of Michigan is where we do a majority of our work, Matt and I do love opportunities to travel for photography and videography projects, especially the Milwaukee area! We have many friends and family members living in that area so we find ourselves in Wisconsin quite often.

Karla and Gavin had a beautiful morning wedding ceremony and brunch reception at Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro in Milwaukee. The venue was GORGEOUS and so was the bride. This couple didn’t let the rain get them down on their wedding day!

After the formal reception ended, Karla and Gavin arranged an after party for friends and family to continue to celebrate their marriage. They had asked us if we would make a short highlight film of the event and we were happy to make that happen! We all gathered at Evolution Milwaukee, an awesome bar with a rooftop lounge AND PING PONG! 

At the end of the video, you’ll see Karla and her sister, Laura sharing a moment and then they’re joined by Gavin and Laura’s husband, Evan. Matt filmed this moment from afar and we didn’t find out until after the video was shared that this was when Laura told Karla that she was going to be an aunt! They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but this moment captured on video is definitely priceless. We were so blessed to be a part of their day!
